We may collect information from you when you use our application, websites and other online products and services and throughout other interactions and services you have with us. Personal Data that we collect about you may include without limitation the following:

We may offer social features like text chat or message. When you use these features, the info you share may be seen or overheard by others. We may collect and use the info you provide, including to enforce our Terms of Use, and in some cases it may also be collected or used by others without your knowledge (for example, if you’re chatting with another user while they stream the Application). If you disclose any information relating to other people to us or to our service providers in connection with the Application, you represent that you have the authority to do so and to permit us to use the information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Other users may report each other and submit information about their in-Application activity and actions to help us determine if the reported behavior constituted a violation of rules and procedures that apply to user conduct, as well as any potential repercussions (such as temporary or permanent account suspensions or chat restrictions). We also record and store, and reserve the right (but have no obligation) to monitor text chat and similar details about optional interactions for a period we determine is appropriate to help us, among other things, address disruptive behavior, improve our Services, enforce our rules and policies and Terms of Use, and foster a more positive gaming experience for our users.
When you choose to link your account to a third-party application or feature (“Third-Party Platform”) (such as Apple, Google, Facebook, X, Discord or LINE applications or a similar application or feature on third-party property), you understand and consent that we may collect your Personal Data from the relevant Third-Party Platform for the Purposes (as defined below). In addition, you also understand and consent that the Third-Party Platform may then directly collect your Personal Data, information about your access and use of the Service and may publish that activity as per your request to your "profile" or similar feature with that Third-Party Platform (such as if you choose to share content you find on one of the Service with your "connections" on the Third-Party Platform). The Personal Data we collect is subject to this Privacy Policy. However, the Personal Data directly collected and stored by the Third-Party Platform remains subject to the Third-Party Platform's privacy practices and your settings on the Third-Party Platform (e.g. whether the Third-Party Platform will continue to share information with us or with other third parties, the types of information shared, and your choices regarding what is visible to others on that Third-Party Platform). You may be allowed to de-link your account from the Third-Party Platform, in which case we will no longer collect your Personal Data from the Third-Party Platform, but we may retain the Personal Data previously collected in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Please note that to the maximum extent permissible by law, we shall not be liable for any liabilities, losses or damages that may be incurred by you as a result of your use of any Third-Party Platform, or the direct collection and subsequent use and disclosure of your Personal Data by any Third-Party Platform.

- to prevent or investigate any fraud, unlawful activity, omission or misconduct, whether or not there is any suspicion of the aforementioned;
- dealing with conflict of interests;
- dealing with and/or investigating complaints;
- complying with or as required by any applicable law, governmental or regulatory requirements of any jurisdiction applicable to us or our affiliates/associated companies, including meeting the requirements to make disclosure under the requirements of any law binding on us or our affiliates/associated companies, and/or for the purposes of any guidelines issued by regulatory or other authorities (whether of Singapore or another country), with which we or our affiliates/associated companies are expected to comply;

For the avoidance of doubt, this means that we may/will disclose your Personal Data to the aforementioned parties upon their request or direction;
- for our or our partners’ legitimate interests, provided any adverse effect on you does not outweigh our or our partners’ legitimate interests; and/or

From time to time, we will/may need to disclose your Personal Data to third parties, whether located within or outside Singapore, for one or more of the above Purposes, as such third parties would be processing your Personal Data for one or more of the above Purposes.

Tracking Technologies

We and our third party partners (such as Google Analytics

We also utilise flash cookies on our Service to improve the user experience. Transfer, Storage and Security of your Personal Data
We operate and may continue to operate servers in a number of jurisdictions around the world, including the United States and Japan, so the server on which your Personal Data is used and stored may not be located in your jurisdiction.

Where we are unable to respond to you within the said 30 days, we will notify you of the soonest possible time within which we can provide you with the information requested. Note that the PDPA exempts certain types of Personal Data from being subject to your access request.
For a request to correct Personal Data, once we have sufficient information from you to deal with the request, we will correct your Personal Data within 30 days. Where we are unable to do so within the said 30 days, we will notify you of the soonest practicable time within which we can make the correction. Note that the PDPA exempts certain types of Personal Data from being subject to your correction request as well as provides for situation(s) when correction need not be made by us despite your request. We will send the corrected Personal Data to every other organisation to which the Personal Data was disclosed by us within a year before the date the correction was made, unless that other organisation does not need the corrected Personal Data for any legal or business purpose.
How to Delete Your Account
You may delete your account by taking the following steps:

While we respect your decision to delete your account, please note that depending on your prior use of your account, we may still be required under our internal policies or applicable Laws to retain certain content, information, data or records related to your account.
Minors
We cannot distinguish the age of persons who access and use the Service. If a minor (according to applicable laws) has provided us with Personal Data without parental or guardian consent, the parent or guardian should contact us (see Questions About This Privacy Policy section) to remove the relevant Personal Data and unsubscribe the minor from our Service.
We do not knowingly collect, use, process or disclose any Personal Data from individuals under the age of thirteen (13) without the consent of their parent or legal guardian. If you are under the age of thirteen (13) and have provided us with your Personal Data without the consent of your parent or legal guardian, or if you have provided us with the Personal Data of an individual under the age of thirteen (13) without consent from their parent or guardian, please contact us immediately and we will remove such Personal Data collected.
